Or many things. It's what I do. It's what I've always done. Twice in elementary school, my stories were chosen for "teachers' theatre," a faculty-led skit based on the work of students. In high school, I was the sports editor of my campus newspaper. I've even written a parody of Simon and Garfunkel's Sounds of Silence for my dating profile.
More importantly, I graduated from the University of Missouri with a bachelor of journalism, emphasis in strategic communication. I've been a professional copywriter for more than six years. I've named restaurants, written taglines, and produced compelling copy for a variety of industries, from boutique hotels to billion-dollar equipment manufacturers.
The point is, I'm versatile. I adapt easily. I thrive in spaces that offer variety — and freelance copywriting happens to be such an environment. So let's get grooving on some words that will bring out the best in you, your products, your people and your brand. Drop me a note via the contact form, and we'll be in touch.
While your message is cooking, have a look around. Refer to the Copywriting page for more details on the services I provide, and feel free to browse the blog for my occasional ramblings on music, sports, food, tequila and travel.
Cheers.
